Fulfillment policy.

Refund policy — All sales are final and non-refundable. Please read our product disclaimer before making your purchase. Exceptions if products are damaged during shipping. Customer must report and document damage according to our Damages Policy to be eligible for a refund.

Delivery policy — We ship once a week via UPS Ground from Brooklyn, NY. Once your order has shipped we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please remove your lampshade from its packaging immediately upon arrival and inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

Damages policy — You must report any damage within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for any replacements to be sent. Please document any damage with photos and a description including the outside of the box, shipping label, how it was packaged and the damaged item.
