MushLume Lighting will showcase lighting grown from mushroom mycelium in Isola’s traveling curatorial exhibition “Nothing Happens If Nothing Happens” in the Dubai Design District during Dubai Design Week.
Dubai Design Week, in strategic partnership with Dubai Design District (d3), returns for its ninth season, 7-12 November - providing individuals and companies with a platform to express design by ways of installations, exhibitions and overall experiential mediums. The annual event is one of the region's most significant cultural occasions, with a line-up of programming, demonstrating Dubai's commitment to design. Held in the regional hub for design and creativity - d3 - Dubai Design Week looks at the impact of the ever-changing design landscape.
Within the Dubai Design District, Isola presents its traveling curatorial exhibition “Nothing Happens If Nothing Happens” which features products with a conscious circular design approach, with a focus on the use of regenerative resources, reducing carbon dioxide emissions, and repurposing waste materials. Sponsored by iGuzzini, the exhibition will also be the backdrop for workshops and talks conceived in collaboration with DesignTech.
