Their ethos transcends food into cultivating an ambiance that also reflects their values, with sustainably sourced and locally grown lighting fixtures derived from mycelium, the roots of mushrooms.

Blue Park opened its second location three years after its flagship restaurant. Together with Drive Hospitality, MushLume Lighting explored playing with color by dipping the edges of the lampshades in Blue Park’s iconic bright blue hue to create a unique expression for their midtown eatery.
